Return & Exchange Policy

At Feylora.lk, your satisfaction means the world to us. We take great care to ensure that each item is inspected for quality before it is shipped. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to exchange a product.

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


 

 General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • We do NOT offer cash refunds under any circumstance.
  • Exchanges or store credit will be offered for eligible items only.
  • You must initiate your return/exchange request within 3-5 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • All return requests must be emailed to support@feylora.lk/shop.feylora@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return or please contact +94 77 765 4791

 

 Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Not fall under the “non-returnable items” category listed below
  • Be returned with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.


 

 Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Discounted, sale, or clearance items
  • Innerwear, undergarments, or bralettes
  • Items damaged due to misuse, stains, perfume scents, or alterations
  • Items returned without prior approval or after the return period has expired

 

Exchange Process – Step by Step

  1.Contact us at +94 77 765 4791 within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Await approval. Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions.

  2. Send item(s) back:

  • You will be responsible for the return courier cost
  • You must send the item within 5 days of approval
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service

  3. Inspection:

  • Once received, your item will be inspected within 2–3 working days
  • If approved, we will send your exchanged item (if in stock) or issue store credit

 

 Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued via coupon or gift card (email)
  • Valid for 90 days from the date of issue
  • Can be used on any product available on Feylora.lk

 

 Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect size or color
  • An item you did not order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, Feylora.lk will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement or issue store credit.


 

 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria
  • Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability of the desired size/style
  • Feylora.lk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
